How Hogarfax works

One page to understand the flow: you can analyze a property either from a cadastral reference or from an address, and in both cases Hogarfax takes you to the right parcel in seconds.

Real flow

One property, two ways to analyze it.

Start with an address or cadastral reference, let the map center on the property, and choose the exact unit before opening the report. The flow stays clear whether it is a house, a parcel or a building with multiple units.

Designed to be understood in seconds on desktop or mobile.

Example of Hogarfax centering the map and highlighting the parcel outline in yellow
Example 1

Use the cadastral reference or the property address.

Hogarfax centers the map, highlights the parcel in yellow and shows exactly what is going to be analyzed.

If it is a house or a single parcel, the yellow button opens the report straight away.
If it is a building with several dwellings, the units appear below and you choose the exact one.
The map is interactive, but the parcel only changes through the selector.
Example of Hogarfax searching by street number and municipality
Example 2

Search with street, number and municipality.

Type the address and Hogarfax suggests matches. When you choose one, the map centers automatically and, when possible, the parcel is selected and highlighted right away.

If automatic selection is not exact, use the map selector to choose the precise parcel.
That keeps the flow fast when the address is clear and precise when the parcel needs a final check.
The point is to reach the right report without friction.
