What is your home worth? Free valuation with the risks that affect its price
We give you a probable sale price range for any home in Spain with Hogarfax's own algorithm, which takes into account what your home is like and the market in its area. For houses, the plot counts. And we tell you how many risks it has that can lower that price.

4.5 on TrustpilotWhat it is for
- Selling: know your range before setting a price and avoid leaving money on the table.
- Buying: know whether the asking price is above what the home is worth.
- Negotiating: know which risks of the property can justify a lower price.
- Just curious: know what your home is worth today, free and without signing up.
Indicative valuation, not an appraisal
It is not valid for a mortgage: only appraisal companies approved by the Bank of Spain can issue one. It is useful to set an asking price, negotiate or decide whether a listing is expensive.
Plus the risks that can affect its price
The free valuation tells you how many risks the home has. The full report explains each one, with its official source.

Value my home for freeFrequently asked questions
Is this an official appraisal (tasación)?
No. It is an indicative valuation. An official appraisal for a mortgage can only be issued by an appraisal company approved by the Bank of Spain. Ours helps you set or negotiate a price with data.
How is it calculated?
With Hogarfax's own algorithm, from the features of the home (those in the Cadastre and those you tell us) and the market in its area. The result is a range, not a magic number, and we tell you how confident we are.
Does the plot count?
Yes. A 150 m² house with no garden is not worth the same as one on a 1,000 m² plot, and the valuation takes it into account.
Why do risks matter for the price?
A flood zone, a nearby forest, an easement or a charge in the Land Registry can lower what a buyer will pay or what the bank will lend. The free valuation tells you how many risks the home has; the full report explains each one.
Is it really free?
Yes. The valuation range and the number of risks are free and you do not need to sign up. The full report (24.90 €, VAT included) adds the detail of every risk and check.
What if the valuation doesn't add up?
The valuation is in beta and we fine-tune it with real cases. If it doesn't add up or you see a wrong detail, write to us from the contact form with the subject “Valuation”: we read every message.
