Reverse land search

Find the plots that match your exact criteria

Portals let you filter by price and m². We let you filter by what actually decides a land deal: size, land classification, distance to railway, power lines, substations, motorways or watercourses, and absence of constraints. We cross the cadastral geometry with every official layer and return the plots across Spain that meet your brief.

Filter by what matters

Combine any of these criteria across all cadastral plots. The more you add, the more precise the selection.

Distance to infrastructure

No constraints (or the ones you want)

Exclude plots with risks or easements, or the other way around: search for the ones inside the zone you want.

Example (solar): «non-developable, >10 ha, <3 km from a substation, outside Natura2000 and forest, no flood zone». Example (data centre): «industrial land, near a power line, outside flood zone». Example (logistics): «industrial land, next to a motorway, >20,000 m²».

Who it is for

Residential development

Developable land with good connectivity, no flooding and low noise.

Renewable energy

Large plots near the grid connection and free of environmental protections.

Logistics and industrial

Industrial land next to major roads, at the minimum size you need.

Land investment

Filter opportunities by objective criteria before negotiating.

Every data point cites its official source

The search relies on the official cadastral geometry and on the layers from IGN, MITECO, the Urban Information System and other public sources. Each returned plot comes with the detail of why it meets (or not) each criterion, with its source. The scope of a specific search is defined with you according to your project.

Frequently asked questions

Can I search for plots at a specific distance from a power line or the railway?

Yes. You can set a radius (or a min–max range) to railway, motorways, airports, power lines, substations, watercourses, coast and industry, and combine it with the rest of the criteria. We return only the plots that meet all the conditions.

Can I ask for plots with no constraints and on industrial land at the same time?

Yes, the criteria combine. For example: industrial land, next to a motorway, above a minimum size and outside flood zones and watercourse easements. The more criteria you add, the tighter the selection.

What territory does it search?

All of Spain, from the cadastral geometry. The availability of some layers may vary by area; in those cases we flag it explicitly in the result.

How do I start a search?

Tell us your set of requirements and we define the scope, the delivery format (list, map, export) and the volume together. It is a professional service, tailored to each project.
