Nuclear power plants map in Spain
Explore the nuclear power plants operating in Spain with their 10 km and 30 km emergency planning zones. Check whether a home falls inside one before you buy.
What this map shows and why it matters before buying
This map plots the nuclear power plants operating in Spain and draws their two emergency planning zones: Zone I (10 km), the urgent protective-action area, and Zone II (30 km), where measures such as iodine prophylaxis are planned. In normal operation the radiological risk is very low and controlled by the Nuclear Safety Council (CSN).
For a buyer, what matters most is knowing whether a home falls inside these zones and the possible effect on perception and value. Hogarfax cross-checks each home's exact location with the plants' coordinates in the property report and tells you the distance to the nearest one.
